Kendrick Regional Center specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the colon, rectum, and anus with emphasis on screening for colon cancer, the surgical management of colorectal cancer, hemorrhoids, diverticular disease, and inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis). Our physicians have expertise in sphincter-saving surgery for rectal cancer, ulcerative colitis, and familial polyposis. We offer state-of-the-art screening for colon and rectal cancers and treat complex anorectal disorders, including incontinence, pelvic floor abnormalities, anal fissures, and fistulas.

Most of the procedures we perform are conducted in the office or in an outpatient surgery center. For patients requiring hospitalizations, we generally use the St. Francis System, including St. Francis - Mooresville, St. Francis - Beech Grove, and St. Francis - South. However, we also perform surgeries at Community Hospital South, Clarian West, Franciscan Surgery Center, Indiana Surgery Center South, Mooresville Endoscopy Center, Mooresville Surgery and The Endoscopy Center.

The physicians of Kendrick Regional Center are honored to have been selected by IU as a teaching program for IU Surgical Residents specializing in general, as well as colon and rectal surgery. All our physicians are clinical professors of surgery at IU Medical School Department of Surgery. Advanced surgical residents rotate with us and are an important part of our team, seeing patients with us and assisting in surgery and hospital care. In this way we strive to the highest possible level for quality care.

Our team of doubly board-certified surgeons offers you the advanced training and experience you deserve.
